There are many ways to deliver sport & performance psychology. Below you can read more about the different ways I can help you improve
Individual sessions
Individual sessions are a good step in improving your psychological game. We’ll schedule a free meeting either in person, by phone, or computer and I will help you identify areas on which to work on. After the session, I will create an individual improvement plan just for you.
Workshops are a great way of learning more about different sport and performance psychology topics in a short amount of time. I’ll come to your club/team or company and hold a workshop on a subject of your choosing. Examples include Motivation, visualization, anxiety control, goal setting, and much more. Workshops can also be held through zoom, teams, and discord.
Group sessions are good for both teams/companies and groups. Here the whole team/squad/staff or group can talk about different psychological aspects that you’re having issues with or want to improve. I can also help you identify areas to improve. The sessions can be done in person or by zoom, discord and teams.
