I am Joar Svensson

I’m a sport & performance psychology consultant currently with both masters and bachelor’s in sport & exercise psychology

I’ve worked both nationally and internationally with different athletes, exercisers, chefs, companies, and clubs etc.

I help people improve their performance, motivation, mental health, stress management, and much more

I also write articles and appear on podcasts to talk about sports psychology
