In January I will hold my first workshop for Essência. I’m very excited to travel outside of the Nordic countries to expand Psychology - Michelin.

Update

The visit was great and it was very interesting to experience a Hungarian-Portuguese cuisine at a Michelin level. During the workshop we talked about motivation and different factors you can improve to create a motivational climate. The theoretical base for the workshops was the Self-determination theory and the Achievement goal theory.
